To develop a holistic understanding of Management of HR starting from procurement to separation in an Organization. Students were able to develop the main HR functions viz. acquisition, development, and Maintenance functions. Able to understand Compensation administration, transfers discipline, readdress which brought under the title Maintenance function. Able to Analysis and develop the Meticulous planning in orchestrating whole functions of HRM the will obviate the future problems and accelerate the progress of the organization.

Organisational Behavior (MBA02)

Organizational behavior is a relatively young field of inquiry that studies what people think, feel, and do in and around organizations. Organizations are groups of people who work interdependently toward some purpose. OB concepts help us to predict and understand organizational events, adopt more accurate theories of reality, and influence organizational events. Understand the various approaches of OB as applied in the organization. Develop fundamental skills which they will need for understanding, diagnosing and managing the organization, i.e., the human aspects of work organizations. Able to get the theoretical and practical knowledge of various dimensions of individual behavior. It will help the students to recognize the differences and helps to see the value of workforce diversity in present scenario. Understand the various approaches of OB as applied in organization. Management Information System (MBA03)

Provide the fundamentals associated with the management of information technology in a business enterprise. Provides an understanding of the Information Systems (IS) management framework of E-business. Provides insight on how to develop and implement enterprise-wide IT strategies, initiatives and programs.Demonstrate effective analytical and critical thinking skills to make an appropriate business related decisions. Distinguish and analyze ethical problems that occur in business and society. Apply leadership skills and competencies in business situations. Illustrate how current technologies and decision-support tools can be utilized to the advantage of business operations. Finance for Managers (MBA05)

This program is designed to enable you to gain knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, processes and concepts that can be applied in a general management context. As a manager or aspiring manager, the unit aims to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills to complete and review financial accounting tasks. These tasks are required to prepare, review and interpret internal and external financial information to make effective analytical judgments and report findings to business stakeholders. You will develop the skills required to record business transactions and generate financial information. This information is used as the basis for financial control and planning. The unit also allows you to consider the importance of effective management of cash flow and to highlight cash flow problems which could lead to business failure. Managers are frequently required to make strategic and investment decisions. This program will allow you to consider the practical use of costing, pricing and capital investment techniques in order to make informed decisions.

Business Process Improvement (MBA06)

Process Improvement is the proactive program of identifying, analyzing and improving upon existing business processes within an organization for optimization and to meet new quotas or standards of quality. It often involves a systematic approach which follows a specific methodology but there are different approaches to be considered. Some examples are benchmarking or lean manufacturing, each of which focuses on different areas of improvement and uses different methods to achieve the best results. Processes can either be modified or complemented with sub-processes or even eliminated for the ultimate goal of improvement. Process Improvement is an ongoing practice and should always be followed up with the analysis of tangible areas of improvement. International Business (MBA07)

This program provides an overview of the environment, concepts, and basic differences involved in international business. Topics include forms of foreign involvement, international trade theory, governmental influences on trade and strategies, international organizations, multinational corporations, personnel management, and international marketing. Upon completion, students should be able to describe the foundation on international business.

Business Strategic (MBA08)

This Specialization covers both the dynamics and the global aspects of strategic management. With cases drawn from leading companies like Disney, Microsoft and Zappos, you’ll learn how to evaluate industry evolution, build and sustain competitive advantage, formulate and assess business strategies, and align efforts to organizational strategy. In the final Project, you’ll apply your skills by creating a comprehensive Strategic Analysis for an existing business or a venture of your own.

Project (MBA9)

A module that must be completed by master students as a requirement to receive the master degree. The aim of the module is to give students opportunity to apply the knowledge that they have gained throughout the program to solve or improve any management issues. Students are expected to do their work independently most of the time, but their progress will be monitored closely by their supervisor. Students will have to document their work in a thesis format which must be bounded to the university.
